Our proven process and approach ensures we are accurately identifying the most significant gaps and problems standing in the way of your institution finding, enrolling and retaining students and collaboratively building a plan with your team they understand, are bought into executing and most importantly know HOW to take the next steps to make things happen.

We will teach you all of that and so much more. 

What is the outcome of the work from this program?

  • Building a relevant and actionable Strategic Enrollment Management Plan (SEMP) that aligns with strategic areas of the institution, improves the student experience and optimizes results.

  • Clarifying key steps in the student journey, identifying areas of opportunity and recommending solutions outlined in the SEMP to accomplish the institution’s vision for the student experience for College Credit Plus, New, Continuing, Returning, and Visiting/Transient students.

  • Compilation of a SEMP Plan Executive Summary that outlines strategic priorities, plans to address key initiatives and measure impact in quarters from FY2023-FY2025.

When Does the Program Start?

  • Cohorts Begin 4/1 & 10/1 

  • You are encouraged to invite as many leaders from your team as you think will be important to include in the conversation and work.


How Does the Program Work?

  • We run two cohorts per year, strategically placed at times to have an impact on your Fall and Spring Enrollment

  • The program is guided by a U School Coach privately with leaders from your institution and lasts for 8 Weeks

  • 8 Week Program with Weekly Group Coaching Sessions to supplement learning, provide guidance to your team and discuss real life application
